Refund policy

1. Overview

1. We offer a no-questions-asked, no-strings-attached refund policy within 30 days of your original purchase. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, contact us to request your refund.
2. We may ask why you are requesting a refund or what we could do better, but you are under no obligation to answer, and your response (or lack thereof) will not affect your refund eligibility.

2. Eligibility

1. Refunds are available within 30 days from the date of your first purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be processed.
2. Refund requests must be submitted using this form.
3. The purchase must be verifiable through our billing system. If the purchase cannot be confirmed, a refund will not be issued.
4. You must not have violated the End-User License Agreement (EULA) before requesting a refund.

3. Partial refunds

1. When we issue a refund, Stripe’s transaction fees and our administrative time costs are non-recoverable. Hence, the following refunds will be processed as partial refunds:
   1. Repurchases: If you have previously received a refund and repurchase the product, any subsequent refund will be subject to a 10% transaction fee. 
   2. Subscription Renewals: Refunds for subscription renewal payments will also incur a 10% transaction fee. Multiple email reminders are sent out prior to your subscription renewal. To avoid renewal charges, please cancel your subscription in your Account before the renewal date.

4. EULA Termination

1. A refund will automatically terminate your End-User License Agreement (EULA). All access to EventKoi will be revoked as per the EULA, and you shall cease any and all use of EventKoi and destroy all copies thereof.

5. Amendments

1. Bento Agency Pte Ltd may amend this Refund Policy at any time at its sole discretion. If a revision is material we will attempt to notify you by sending an email to your account’s email address. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Software after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Software.
