When does the sale start and end?
The sale starts on August 25th (8am UTC) and ends on August 31st (2pm UTC). It runs for 7 days.
What is the support like for the lifetime deal?
Lifetime deal support lasts for life. We'll provide the same high quality support to you that we provide to subscription customers. That's email support with a guaranteed first response within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends.
If I purchase a single license lifetime deal, can I upgrade to more licenses later?
You will not be able to upgrade to more licenses later because the Founding Partner LTD is a one-time deal. However, you will be able to use your 25% discount to get a great deal on future purchases.
Will you have lifetime deals in the future?
We have no plans to offer lifetime deals in the future. The current LTD is in recognition of early adopters of EventKoi who believe in the plugin and want to support us in this early stage of our development.
Can I get a refund?
